Serial Bibliographies

This site provides twice-yearly updates and corrections in January and June to A Guide to Serial Bibliographies for Modern Literatures, 2nd ed. (New York: Modern Language Association, 1995). Updates, which are cumulative, will list new (or newly identified) serial bibliographies , describe changes in coverage, frequency, location, and other details of existing serial bibliographies, and note cessations. Initially, updates will be listed in three sections, but if they become so numerous that this arrangement proves unwieldy, then they can be further subdivided or arranged into chapters. Again initially, the new listings will not be given entry numbers; in due course numbers may need to be assigned.
